PURPOSE/MISSION

South
South Forum USA is organized exclusively for charitable, religious,
educational, and
scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions
to organizations
that qualify as exempt organizations described under Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue
Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.   

(i)The organization shall adopt a holistic and
sustainable approach to providing education and
enlightenment to the people of South-South States
of Nigeria and the United States.
(ii) Support relevant goals and objectives of
South-South States namely Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa
Ibom, Edo, and Delta (BRACED) that are consistent
with our goal and objectives. 

(iii) Support community initiatives that will bring development to the general public.

(iv) Foster the unity of South-South people in the United States of America.
(v) Laisse with South-South people all over the World to
improve the life of the people e.g. scholarship,
bore-hole, health, homelessness, etc.
(vi) Be the leading voice of the people of
South-South in the USA
(vii) Provide outreach, engagement, enlightenment
campaign to people of South-South.
(viii) Notwithstanding any other provision of
these articles, South-South shall not carry out any
other activities not permitted by an exempt
organization under section 501(C)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code or corresponding section of any
future federal tax code.

VISION

Our vision is to be a continuing force for regional economic and social development of the people. 

We plan to be a leading voice of the South-South people in the United States.
